The Asiatech AT02 is a 3.0-liter, 72-degree V10 Formula 1 engine developed for the 2002 season. Designed to rev beyond 17,000 rpm, it produced around 800 hp and featured a lightweight aluminum-alloy block and heads, pneumatic valve springs, and dry-sump lubrication. This example is an original engine, now configured as a display unit with no internal moving components. Display engine – Not functional – 2 units available. It was originally used by Minardi in the PS02 chassis, one of the lightest and most compact F1 cars of its time. The mediocre performance of the 001 engine led Arrows to look elsewhere. Asiatech then offered to equip the small Scuderia Minardi, which was currently struggling with a small Ford Cosworth engine dating back to 1999. Supplied free of charge to the Italian team, and despite scoring two points in the opening round of the championship, Asiatech became mired in financial problems.

On November 5, 2002, the tuner announced the cessation of its engine manufacturing activities, and in February 2003, the company was placed in receivership.
